Highlights:
This position’s main role is to help with the day-to-day activities at Jardin Caribe.
This position involves managing different parts of the business and also assisting with floral arrangements. The person will oversee staff, manage online orders, ensure delivery runs smoothly, and handle customer inquiries in person, by phone or email. Additionally, they will maintain a clean workspace, manage inventory, and assist with special events. This role combines organizational responsibilities with creative tasks in floristry.
Every working day is different depending on the activities happening on that day. What is important for us is someone who is flexible, motivated to learn, and who can take ownership of their tasks.
Requirements
• You absolutely love flowers
• You are preferable between 25-35 years old
• Proficient in Papiamento, English, Dutch and Spanish
• Computer/ Technology literacy (proficient with Macbook/iPad usage)
• Experience in (floral) design or art / creative work
• Valid work permit
• Driver license
